NOTICE #2:  The Leo Meiersdorff Estate has never been affiliated with SIG Fine Arts, S & I Gommerman Publishing, Istvan Gommermann, aka Stefan or Steve Gommerman.   Nor has there ever existed a collaboration between Leo Meiersdorff and an artist named "Gomy", aka Steve Gommerman, for any "3-D" artwork or any other print editions, regardless of numbered edition or seal.

Examples of Leo's pen & ink drawings "colored in" by unknown persons and sold as Leo's work above; and below, a 3D example with Leo's signature removed and replaced by the infringer "Gomy", in a foam-core construction to give a 3D effect (circled in yellow).

The Leo Meiersdorff Estate considers this a form of identity theft.

NOTICE #1:  All authorized Leo Meiersdorff art in the form of prints and posters published after his passing in 1994 have an embossed seal by the Leo Meiersdorff Estate and a Meiersdorff copyright notice.  It has come to our attention that older prints and posters, similar to the Leo Meiersdorff Estate authorized published ones above and created by Leo Meiersdorff in 1979, are offered as "NEW" single prints in Louisiana and Georgia  and sold via eBay and distributed by other businesses.  It troubles us to inform the public that these are unauthorized prints e.g. "bootlegs"-many with false claims of copyright, violating the laws protecting Leo's art, and we are concerned for Leo's many admirers and collectors.  Please look for the Leo Meiersdorff Estate embossed seal when purchasing online of any of Leo's prints or posters to assure you of their legitimacy.
